SEPTEMBER WILL BE BIBLE MONTH
Plan now to bring your Bible every Sunday for a challenge.
Announcement
- Any one interested in a small group Bible Study on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. please sign up in back. We will be doing a six week study on a topic of your choice. Please sign up and list the topic you have an interest in studying.
- Bowling anyone? If you would be interested in playing n a bowling league on Sunday nights at Southern Bowl now is the time to sign up. The cost is around $15 per week and it is a co-ed league if we could get 8-10 people to sign up that would keep cost down since only 4 play each week.
- The Discipleship team is looking for some dedicated people to help with the little ones. Openings include: a new class for the 3-4 & 5 year olds. We would like a team of two or three. Marlene could use the help with the nursery when Pat leaves for Florida, which will be soon. Two people would be great. We also we need someone interested in doing Children’s sermons or Junior Church for a three month period. Please see Dawn, Susan or Sandy if this applies to you and you can help. Thanks.
- Nursery Needs: Volunteer(s) to work one Wednesday night a month so Marlene can volunteer at MacAna’s school. In September the night would be September 9th.
- Disposable sippy cups called Zoo Pal. See the Nursery Needs Poster in the back hallway.

These are just the perfect size for the kids and they are individually wrapped so the stay fresh. - A note to all Bible Book Store shoppers, if you make any purchases at the Christian Family Book store please ask for the stamps. They are not offered to you, you have to ask for them. These stamps can be used to purchase items for our Sunday School and Nursery. If you have any questions or have some stamps you would like to donate please see Pat or Janice.
- If you are using the church for any reason please remember to clean up after yourself each time. Also, please remember that the computer is the only one we have and should not be used for personal reasons or work.
