What is Great Faith?
Hebrews 11:1 – Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.
Hebrews 11:6 -And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
Why does it Matter?
Hebrews 11:1b – Through their faith, the people in days of old earned a good reputation.
Matthew 17:20 – “You don’t have enough faith,” Jesus told them. “I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.”
Where did we find it?
Hebrews 11: 22 – It was by faith that Joseph, when he was about to die, said confidently that the people of Israel would leave Egypt. He even commanded them to take his bones with them when they left.
- Promises: It’s not name it claim it, but God Said it, I believe it.
- Power: If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place” Habakkuk 2:3
- Peace: Even as he prepares for death he is a please with all the family.
- With it you can be assured as you give your time and resources to God, He will deliver.
- With it you can be assured that this sickness will bring glory to Him and He has you.
- With it you can be assured that Prayer does heal, miracles do happen it our life.
- With it you can be assured that the victory is ours because of your Great faith.
