Today I we begin a new series on the Wilderness the land barren and void in the scripture. Today many times in our lives we want to retreat to the wilderness for a time of relaxation and comfort away fro it all. In the bible the wilderness was often a time of testing and seeing the grace of God come through more and more as we rely on Him. Today I want to share a few verses about the wilderness.

He brought you water out of hard rock. 16 He gave you manna to eat in the desert, something your fathers had never known, to humble and to test you so that in the end it might go well with you.
