As you all know, VBS is fast approaching us and it will come quicker than you (an I) will think. I'm really sorry I can't be at the church more often, but I'm sure my dad would die before he paid that gas bill. I really hope you all are preparing for VBS and looking forward to it as much as I am. We really need all the help we can get to make this go smoothly. For those that know they are able to help, here are some things you can do to make VBS '09 really great for all the kids;

April is “Make a Change Month” as the Ministry Team launches a project for debt retirement. The goal is to have members/friends bring in their “change” (bill, checks and credit cards also accepted) each Sunday, hoping to collect a minimum of $1500.00. All of the funds collected will go toward debt retirement at the church.

"RISE AGAIN" was the Signature Song of Dallas Holm, singer and songwriter of the late 1970"s. It won the 1977 Dove Award for the song of the year . Countless Christian Musicians refer to this song as the one that most influenced their lives, music and ministry.

The kiss handout went well. We handed out kisses with our church card to over 130 people within 45 min. Thank you to all those who donated and participated in this event. We pray that we will see all members get involved with various events throughout this year.
