The purpose of the Discipleship Team is to encourage and provide opportunities for followers of Christ to grow and mature in their relationship with Christ and others.
Some of the responsibilities of this team include the following:
- Help to decide  the connect groups topics and leaders.
- Have someone keep records of connect groups and their offerings on Sunday.
- Make sure the Wednesday night program is staffed and has supplies.
- Make sure Kids Konnection is staffed and has supplies.
- Help the Ministry team as needed with the nursery.
- Make sure VBS is staffed and has supplies.
- Order necessary materials needed for classes; try to keep within the budget.
- Hold special Prayer Events when needed.
- Keep Scripture out for all to read and learn
