Notes on Leadership from the book “Leadership Gold” by John C. Maxwell
“Leaders make things better or worse for the people who follow them.”
This statement shows that we have a large responsibility toward our team, and our church family.
A good leader makes for a better team. Organization gets better, every endeavor gets better. Are we effective? Do we lift others up to higher sights with our vision? Is your team better off than a year ago as results of your leadership?
Are we learning to go somewhere with our goals? Is your team learning to persuade other people to go and learn with them?
A good leader makes the right moves with the right motives to make relationships stronger. They earn trust, enthusiasm, loyalty, confidence in themselves and devotion to God. They are changing the atmosphere, growing to reach their own potential. Have you re-set your goals?
Are you following the path that you have set for yourself?
Be encouraged to pray about where you are leading your group.
