Today we continue talking about the Wilderness adventure and look at from Here to There.   In life we all have a plan and we need to make sure that we all get from point a to point b, for without a plan not much get none.  It is also doing the time between the point a to b that many things happen that can cause some real problems or can do some real shaping in our lives and it is that time that I want to talk about today for a few minutes.

  • From Here to There
    • It may not always be the easy way OUT!
      • Exodus 13:18 – So God led the people around by way of the wilderness of the Red Sea. And the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt.
    • There will be BUMPS(tests) in the wilderness!
      • The Red Sea
      • Hungry
      • Thirsty
      • Enemy Attacks
        • It is during these that we experience the Grace of God.
    • There are rules to FOLLOW!
      • His ways
      • His Commandments
      • His Laws
        • Isaiah 55:8 – For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.

  • The Way to Get from here to there
    • Matthew 4
      • Prayer
      • Fasting
      • Know the Word
      • Allow His Creation to Protect
