The Woodshed: March 2010

As we prepare to spring into spring with all the events that are scheduled over the next month, I ask that you please begin praying for every person that will be invited to Woodside for Easter services as well as all other services at the church.  We need a team of people praying that God would help us reach the gaol that we as a leadership team have set for the number of new disciples to the church this year.  We are looking at the number 24which would be about an 18% growth in the church.  Many people are searching for a place to attend doing Easter, but need to be invited so again pray for those that need to be invited to church.  In addition to the service we will need plenty of workers to make all these events go as smooth as possible so be ready to get involved for the purpose of connecting to this community.  Matthew 5:14 says “You are the light of the world! A city that cannot be hidden.”  Let’s make sure that is true of Woodside Community Church this year and the Easter season, let’s get out and be that city that the community around that cannot be hidden!
