Randy Davis

  • This team has the overall responsibility to oversee the following areas of the church: Finances, sale and purchase of land, annual budget preparation, personnel matters, stewardship development, building and grounds, audit.
  • Any sell or purchase of land shall require the signature of the Administrative team leader or member of team and Pastor of church.
  • Any purchase will be presented to church but will this team will be the decision makers in all matters relating to finances of the church.
  • The church treasurer will automatically serve on this board.

Some of the responsibilities of this team include the following:

  • Plan and work with team  for forming a church budget.
  • Assign people to count the money each week with the financial secretary.
  • With team approve purchases over the $75.00 that is not budgeted.
  • Look for stewardship programs.
  • Have people to collect the money doing worship service.
  • Make sure financial reports are available every month.

Make sure that you are a signer of the checks in absent of treasurer.
