I am so excited about 2009, I believe that God is going to do some great and mighty things at Meridian Woods this year. I am asking God to give us at least 10 new families this year. I hope and pray that a building is going to be built this year at Meridian Woods. I am asking God to give us at least 24 people who accept Christ as their personal Savior this year. One last item that I am asking God for this year is that the people within the body of believers would become mature believers in by daily spending some time with our Creator and Sustainer of our lives. It will be because of our relationship with Christ that the Kingdom on God grows and Meridian Woods grows this year. It is my prayer that we continue to connect to this community through faith, hope and love to a greater degree this year. So as you begin this year who are you going to connect with in 2009? Pray that God would put would put at least three people in your life this year. One is someone to hold you accountable for your relationship to Christ and others. Two, someone that you can serve this year and partner with to mentor them. And three someone who is in need of a relationship with Christ. An example of this would be Paul, he had Barnabus to encourage him and hold him accountable, he mentored young Timothy and he was seeking those who needed a Savior. So again I so
